My Philosophy

I am a freelance wellness instructor who believes that physical and mental health are interinked and that both must be nurtured to achieve inner peace and balance.

Our fast-paced society and lifestyle have resulted in more people suffering from anxiety, stress, depression, and demotivation than ever before. Research has shown that all these can be releived by meditation: just a few minutes a day can be immediately beneficial to your overall wellbeing.
