How I Began and Where I’m Headed

I am a freelance wellness instructor who believes that physical and mental health are intrinsically linked and that both must be nurtured to achieve inner peace and balance.

In these turbulent times that we are living in, more people are suffering from anxiety, stress, depression, and demotivation. Research has shown that all these can be reversed by meditation; just a few minutes a day can have tremendous benefits for your overall wellbeing.
